Gite: 18th July - 8th August

Farmhouse: 18th July - 1st August and 8th August - 22nd August

Booking Conditions

1. The Accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival, until 10am on day of departure, and we request that you respect these hours.
   

2. The owners are not responsible for any damage, injury, loss or inconvenience, however caused, to any person hiring the property or to fellow party members.
   

3. An additional £60 security deposit will be due along with the outstanding sum six weeks prior to start of holiday. The £60 should be a separate cheque which will be sent on to the client providing the owner is satisfied no damage or breakage’s occurred and the accommodation has been left in a clean tidy state and in the condition found at the commencement of the stay.

   The owner reserves the right to retain all or part of, the security deposit to cover additional cleaning cost if the client leaves the accommodations in an unacceptable condition. Members of the party will be responsible for reimbursing the owners the entire cost of making good any damage you have caused to the property and/or effects therein.
   

4. The client agrees to inform the owners of any damage or machinery breakdown during the stay so that repair or replacement can be arranged with minimum delay.

5. In the event of cancellation the following conditions will apply:

   a) the 25% deposit, which is required to confirm a booking, is non-refundable. You are therefore strongly advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause,which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.

   b) If cancellation takes place within the six weeks period prior to the arrival, full payment is due, if the property is subsequently re-let you will be reimbursed for total amount (less your 25% deposit) and less any expenses or losses incurred by doing so.

c) A charge of £30 per week will be made if people require extra heating: logs are available for which there will be a small charge.
