La Fermonnière - the Farm House

A beautiful detached farm house set in 30 acres of private meadow, orchards, lawns and gardens with plenty of parking space. A safe haven for children to play and parents to relax.

La Fermonniere consists of :-

2 Double bedrooms

1 Single with bunk beds.

1 Cot, high chair, baby bath.

Shower room with W.C. and separate W.C.

All bedrooms are carpeted.

All linen is provided, also hand towels and tea towels for the kitchen, but please bring your own towels.

Ground floor:-

The ground floor consists of: - One very large room, with the lounge at one end with a wood burning stove, and the kitchen and diner at the other end.

In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, dish washer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dining table and chairs etc. Washing machine, ironing board and iron are in the utility room.

The area has a tiled floor, plus work surfaces, ample cupboard space, in the lounge there is a wood burning stove, comfortable suite, sofa bed, and English t.v. etc.The lounge area is carpeted.
